By purchasing from our Site, you agree to the policy below.
2. Refund Window
Our refund policy lasts 14 days from the date of purchase.
If 14 days have passed, we can no longer issue a refund or exchange.
3. Refund Eligibility
A refund request is accepted only if:
- The license key has NOT been activated, used, installed, or registered
- You provide valid proof of purchase (order number, email, or receipt)
- You sign our No-Use Declaration Form for digital license refunds
- Discounted purchases including 50% OFF offers follow the same rules
- Activated or used Microsoft license keys are NOT refundable
4. Refund Exceptions
Refunds will be declined if:
- The product key has been activated or linked to any account
- Software has been installed or license has been used
- No-Use Declaration Form is not signed
5. Refund Process
- Submit your refund request to: contact@wzlcd.com
- We verify the order
- We send a No-Use Declaration Form
- Once signed, refund is processed within 48 hours
- Funds may take 5–7 business days to reach your bank account
6. Invalid or Faulty Keys
If a license key does not work:
- Contact us before attempting activation
- We will verify and offer a replacement or refund if approved
7. Important Notes
- Do not contact Microsoft or the software manufacturer for returns
- If purchased from another shop or marketplace, their policy applies
- This policy applies only to purchases made on WZLCD.COM
